Behind the Mess
Hi. I'm Amanda. I'm a college graduate with a degree in cognitive behavioral neuroscience who has no idea what they're doing in life. And now I'm referring to myself in the third person. Anyways, I like to bake. And I like to talk about recipes and all the complicated sh*t that goes into them.
You see, people hear that you're a baker and assume it's all la-dee-da... princess in the kitchen. But no. Baking, and starting your own baking business, can get ugly. If the kitchen doesn't look like the capitol after January 6th it probably doesn't taste that good.
Throughout my recipes, you will get to know me, tolerate my sh*tty jokes, and hopefully learn from the countless mistakes I have made in my life. Let's think of this like the day the main character woke up in the hospital bed missing both legs and went, "So I bet you're wondering how I ended up here". No offense if you are legless. An ailment you probably couldn't kick.
And I hope you're not here for some profound philosophical world-ending writing. This will be everything that should never have made it out of the drafts, but did, because one person semi-liked it: me. AI could never dream of this sh*t.
