At Crumb N Get It, we bake with love and care — and your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we want to hear about it and make it right where we can.

🔸 Not Satisfied with the Taste or Product?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase due to taste, texture, or overall satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
   •    We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
   •    Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, returns are not accepted, but we always aim to find a fair solution.

⚠️ Important: Customers who request multiple refunds for similar dissatisfaction may no longer be eligible for future refunds or credits. We reserve the right to limit or deny refunds if the policy is being misused.

🔸 Health or Allergy Concerns

If you experience a suspected food-related illness after eating our products:
   •    Seek medical care immediately if needed.
   •    Contact us with details and, if applicable, any medical documentation or reports.
   •    We take these concerns seriously and will fully review the situation.

Please note:
   •    Common allergens are listed on our labels and/or order forms (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten).
   •    Customers are responsible for notifying us of allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of ordering.
   •    We cannot be held liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies.

🔸 Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, missing ingredients, quality issue). If we made a mistake, we’ll make it right.

🕒 Reporting Timeframe
   •    Please report any concerns within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
   •    Issues reported outside of this window may not qualify for refunds or credits.

🔒 Our Right to Refuse Refunds

We reserve the right to refuse service or deny a refund in cases of:
   •    Repeat or abusive refund claims
   •    Lack of reasonable cause for dissatisfaction
   •    Failure to provide necessary documentation when requested
